Rotary Club of Shepherdstown Welcomes New Member Paul Teter

The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown is pleased to announce the induction of Paul Teter, as its newest member on June 24, 2025.

Originally from Romney, West Virginia, Paul is a recent graduate of Shepherd University, where he earned his degree in May 2025. During his time at Shepherd, Paul was an active and engaged student leader. He served two terms as President of the Student Government Association, held two seats on the university’s Board of Governors, and contributed to student life as a Student Ambassador and member of the Program Board. He also participated in the TRIO Student Support Services program, supporting low-income and first-generation college students, and is a brother of Delta Sigma Pi, a coed professional business fraternity.

Professionally, Paul is currently employed as a Branch Banker with Middletown Valley Bank. He previously worked at FNB Bank for nearly four years as a Customer Service Representative. He is living in Hagerstown for the summer and plans to relocate to Shepherdstown in the coming months.

Paul first connected with the club through the recent “Discover Rotary” event and an evening meeting. He is being mentored by his sponsor and fellow Rotarian, Cara Keys.

The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown is proud to welcome Paul. We look forward to the energy, ideas, and community service Paul will bring to the club and the community.
