The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown has inducted three new members: Lincy Gregory, Diane Johnston, and Patti Wright.
The induction ceremony was held at the Club’s July 2 evening meeting at the Bavarian Inn.

Gregory was born in the United States but raised in India during much of her childhood, so she is both bilingual and bicultural. She has been a nurse for nearly 20 years, working in emergency rooms and other hospital settings and also specializing as a forensic nurse. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She currently works at the Jefferson County Health Department as Nurse Director and a PMHNP. Her focus there has been on implementing a medication-assisted treatment program to treat substance use disorders.
Johnston is a retired banking and information services professional. Early in her career, she served as Vice President of Gibraltar Federal Savings Bank in Annapolis, MD. She then moved to NCR (one of the largest point-to-point terminal providers globally) as an information technology systems analyst. Later, she was recruited by GE to work as a software executive providing internet-centric solutions to vertical banking.
Wright is a retired insurance professional with experience in personal lines underwriting, property appraisal, loss control and automation at The Hartford Insurance Group, MAPFRE Insurance, and MiddleOak Insurance. However, she considers her most important role to have been a wife to her husband, Robert, and mother to their three children: twins Michael and Christopher, and daughter, Annie. She spent most of her life in Connecticut but has also lived in Illinois, Iowa, New York, and New Jersey. She has lived in Shepherdstown for almost nine years and has come to love the town.
