Mary-Ellen Diaz, Chef/Owner of Alma Bea, is offering a chef-inspired three-course dinner for four, valued at $280. With deep Appalachian roots and global culinary training, Chef Diaz has earned national recognition as a James Beard Foundation finalist for Best Chef: Southeast Region. Alma Bea was also awarded Gold Medal recognition as Best Appalachian Restaurant in 2026 by WV Living.
