Wednesday Evening we were fortunate to hear from Peyton Lavallee, Miss North Eastern. Lavallee, a Charles Town native has a bachelors degrees in Biology and Psychology. In addition to her work with patients on addiction, she is a board member for the Brian O’Neill Jr. Foundation. She spoke on her platform on Mental Health & Suicide Prevention. Thank you for opening doors of vulnerability in telling your powerful story. Her talk turned into great conversation within the group. She will be competing for Miss West Virginia in June.
