New Member Induction: Realtor Lesley Lopez

The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown has inducted Lesley Lopez as a new member. The induction ceremony was held at the Club’s February 27 morning meeting at the Bavarian Inn.

Lopez has been a top-producing realtor since 2009 and currently heads The Lopez Team at ERA Liberty Realty in Charles Town. She and her husband, Jamie, also a realtor, host a podcast, “100% Real with Lesley & Jamie,” and they have also hosted radio shows entitled “Breakfast with Lesley and Jamie” on WEPM Radio and “100% Real with Lesley and Jamie” on WRNR Radio.

A lifelong Eastern Panhandle resident, Lopez is a 1988 graduate of Martinsburg High School and a 1993 graduate of Shepherd University with degrees in Music Education and Vocal Performance.

In her student years, she was active in local pageants and was a Berkeley County Youth Fair Queen, Mountain State Apple Harvest Queen, Miss Jefferson County, and Runner-Up to Miss West Virginia. She has continued to be active in the Miss West Virginia organization, serving as a practice judge, local judge, local director, and host for the Miss Shenandoah Scholarship Organization. She has also been a judge for the Miss Maryland Scholarship Organization.

In other community activities, she has served on the Martinsburg Roundhouse Authority and been president of the Perennial Garden Club, which is one of nine clubs that make up the Shenandoah-Potomac District of the West Virginia Garden Club. She is a member of the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce, the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Martinsburg, and the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors.
