Michael Pugh Gives Fascinating D-Day Presentation to Honor 80th Anniversary

Michael Pugh spoke following Memorial Day on the 80th Anniversary of the brave soldiers who fought on D-Day along the Normandy Beaches of France.  Pictured are Michael Pugh and his grandson, Michael.  Pugh has spent many of his adult life visiting and studying the Normandy invasion.  It was a defining military strategy that led to the liberation of France, denying Germany any further exploitations of the country’s economic and manpower resources.  Today we honor over 2,500 American soldiers killed and over 5,000 wounded.

Thank you for speaking to our club!
