4th of July Picnic: Come Celebrate Our Nation’s 250th Birthday

Join us for Shepherdstown’s Annual 4th of July Picnic sponsored by the Rotary Club of Shepherdstown.

We’ll be celebrating our nations 250th birthday from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. at the Morgan’s Grove Park.

Everyone is welcome and admission is free!

This event has been organized annually by the Rotary Club of Shepherdstown since 2007, and by now they have become an important, Rotary-branded tradition that’s greatly appreciated by residents and elected officials alike. The goal is to provide a wholesome, family-oriented Fourth of July celebration for the town.

The picnic will include a waterslide and other activities for children and two local bands will provide live music. The Rotary Club will be selling hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, ice cream and non-alcoholic beverages. All proceeds from those sales are used to help cover event costs.
