This morning at our weekly breakfast meeting we were fortunate to have an impressive author and illustrator, Dr. Angie Miller present. Miller authors and illustrates children’s books of poetry under the pseudonym “Evelyn A. Huckleberry.” The ten books written to date focus on the adventures of Picklepenny, a fun, relatable character whose exuberance is contagious for readers of all ages. Angie holds an undergraduate degree from Lafayette College (1996) and Masters and Doctorate degrees from Penn State (2002, 2012). Angie and her husband Joe live in her hometown of Hummelstown, PA. In their free time, they enjoy hiking, traveling, golfing, and serving with their local church. On top of all her accomplishments, she happens to be the niece of our very own, Walt Eifert.
