Our newest Rotex, past Exchange student, Alma Cedillo presented her year in Belgium at the morning August 13th breakfast meeting.  Cedillo participated in many Jefferson high school activities such as an President for Interact Club, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards 2022, and Four Way Test Speech contestant.  She recalls this as her most incredible year naming Belgium as her forever second home.  She will be heading to Emory University on scholarship this Fall with plans to major in Finance.  We are so proud of all her success and know she will be a great future Rotarian.  Pictured from left is Dale Homan, Vice President of Shepherdstown Rotary, Cara Keys, President of Shepherdstown Rotary, Rotary 7360 District Governor Pamela Wagoner, Alma Cedillo, Immediate RYE Rotex, and Rotarian and RYE volunteers Austin and Carmen Slater.
