The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown has inducted Raya Yeary as a new member. The induction ceremony was held at the Club’s May 19 evening meeting at the Bavarian Inn.

Yeary owns and operates a tattoo shop in Boonsboro, MD. She has hosted art shows and fundraising events there and allows the shop to be used as a drop-off site for various donations.
A Maryland native, she grew up in Montgomery County. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1991 and has been a professional tattooist since 1996. She worked in Arizona, Texas, and Florida before returning to Maryland in 2004. She opened her Boonsboro shop in 2015.
