Mong-Waldeck has been a Retail Food Service Manager with Aramark Collegiate Hospitality for the past four years. Aramark manages dining services at Shepherd University, and she has recently started a new role as the general manager overseeing all campus dining.

A West Virginia native, she graduated from Shepherd in 2011, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in hospitality management.

Her volunteer efforts include active involvement in Aramark’s THRIVE initiative, which focuses on advancing awareness and inclusion for the firm’s differently-abled individuals.

She has also been a project leader for Aramark’s “Building Community” program, which promotes partnerships with local community organizations. She has led and participated in various community programs, such as the annual Ram Pantry Food Drive; Jefferson County School’s Lally House, a post-secondary work transition program for special needs students; and the State of West Virginia’s Posey Perry Emergency Food Fund. She has also volunteered with Philadelphia’s Neurodiversity Employment Network.

She lives in Shepherdstown with her husband, Kevin, and their two children.
