Jaelyn Wratchford, Former Miss West Virginia, Joins Shepherdstown Rotary Club

The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown has inducted Jaelyn Wratchford as a new member. The induction ceremony was held at the Club’s November 29 evening meeting at the Bavarian Inn.

Wratchford served as Miss West Virginia in 2021 and represented the state in the 100th Miss America Competition. She graduated from Shepherd University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and went on to earn an MBA in Public Management in 2025. She has professional experience in marketing, event planning, and public relations.

She has coached volleyball for seven seasons, hosting league-wide clinics, refereeing, and coaching teams of middle and high schoolers.

She was born and raised in the Eastern Panhandle and currently lives in Ranson.
