On Sunday, May 25th, come out for a our second annual game and picnic at Meritus Park in Downtown Hagerstown. Game time is 2:00 pm. 

This event is for Rotary members, our non-profit partners, and their members. Clubs should invite their partners to come out and enjoy some fun and recognition.

The ticket price is $35.00 per person, including the game and picnic. Purchase tickets with credit card or PayPal with Rotary’s secure form below. This is a family event, so bring the kids. Children under 5 are free.

The ticket price includes your seat on the picnic patio, picnic and kids under 14 get a wristband to go into the fun zone. The picnic includes hamburgers, cheeseburgers and hot dogs with all the trimmings,  BBQ Chicken, dill pickle coleslaw, mac and cheese, sliced fruit, assorted cookies, iced tea, lemonade and water. Additional beverages will be available for purchase at a small bar set up on the picnic patio or at the full service bar located nearby. RSVP’s must be in 7-10 days before the event, somewhere around May 13-15, if they go by business days.
