This week at our morning meeting we are joined by our District Governor Pam Wagoner. Pam joined the Rotary Club of Martinsburg in 2008 and has served as the club President twice. She’s also served as our Area Governor twice. She is the proud owner of Depot Florist in downtown Martinsburg, WV.
