District 7360 Governor Sean Murtagh Installation Ceremony
As we continue our District’s commitment to Unite for Good, we now look forward to the next chapter of service and leadership. District Governor Elect Sean Murtagh invites you to join him as he steps into his role and launches Rotary International’s message of Create Lasting Change—a call that builds on our shared momentum and strengthens the impact we make together. Listed below, for your convenience, are the details.
When: Saturday, June 27th, at the exclusive Bavarian Inn Resort. Courtyard reception at 11am, followed by lunch and ceremony from 12 noon to 2pm. Check-in will begin at 10:30am.

Cost: $50/person which includes hors d’oeuvres, lunch (salad/entree/dessert cake), tea/water/coffee/soda, and two free drink coupons.
Dress: Business casual.
Lodging: For those traveling from out of town and needing lodging the night before (June 26th) or the night of (June 27th), the Bavarian Inn is offering a 25% discount on their hotel rooms. Guests should call 304-876-2551, option 1 and reference Rotary District Governor Murtagh Installation for the discount. They plan to sell out that weekend, so guests should make their reservations sooner than later. There are other hotel options nearby in Ranson/Charles Town or Martinsburg (about 15 minutes away).
Lunch choices:
Entree choice 1: Lemon chicken with mushrooms in a lemon butter sauce, German style roasted potatoes, and sauerkraut
Entree choice 2: Filet of salmon with leek sauce, steamed vegetables, and potato puree
Entree choice 3: Hunter’s Cutlet (breaded pork cutlet with mushroom gravy, herbed spaetzle and red cabbage
Entree choice 4: Vegetarian Chef’s Choice
