Spring Adopt-a-Highway (postponed to 3-30-24)

Due to the prediction of inclement weather, the Spring Adopt-A-Highway activity has been rescheduled for Saturday 30 March beginning at 08:00 am. Rotarians will meet in the parking lot of the Hoxton Financial Capital Management office (8530 Shepherdstown Pike) at 08:00 to pick-up litter along a two-mile stretch of the Highway along Shepherdstown Pike between the Shepherdstown railroad crossing and the ‘Y’ at Flowing Springs Rd.  With enough people, we should be done in less than an hour!
