DESCRIPTION:Jennifer Smith (Jen) is a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT Hypnotherapist)\, a 500+ Sivananda Yoga Acharya and Meditation Instructor\, a Yin/restorative certified\, and a trauma-informed Yoga educator. After raising two children while traveling the world and living several years abroad\, Jen settled in the D.C. area in 2007 and felt the calling to become a healer. \nHer multidimensional career spans almost two decades of guiding others through physical and spiritual healing\, self-discovery\, and emotional empowerment. Through her own self healing journey\, Jen has experienced how letting go of limiting beliefs and old ways of thinking that no longer serve us opens up infinite possibilities to create a better reality and experience true joy\, fabulous health\, freedom and deep lasting peace in our lives.
